The Committee on Rules is likely to meet the week of March 12th to grant a rule that may provide a structured amendment process for floor consideration of H.R. 4293, the Stress Test Improvement Act of 2017.

H.R. 4545 – Financial Institutions Examination Fairness and Reform Act

Dear Colleague:                                                   

The Committee on Rules is likely to meet the week of March 12th to grant a rule that may provide a structured amendment process for floor consideration of H.R. 4545, the Financial Institutions Examination Fairness and Reform Act.

The Committee on Rules will meet on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 5:00 PM in H-313 The Capitol on the following measures:

• H.R. 1865 — Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017
• H.R. 4296 — To place requirements on operational risk capital requirements for banking organizations established by an appropriate Federal banking agency
• H.R. 4607 — Comprehensive Regulatory Review Act
